Our client is looking to recruit a Engineering Shift Manager to their manufacturing facility. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to lead a growing team of multiskilled engineers to minimise downtime, conduct and improve PPM. Proactively drive identification and delivery of continuous improvement utilising and interrogating data management systems. You must have significant experience in leading a team of engineers in a fast paced manufacturing environment, ideally food. A strong team manager that can motivate team members, identify training needs and develop engineers to maximise
