1st line support 2nd line support technical support XP 2003 Office server 2003 Network
1st/2nd line desktop support good knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Windows Network, backup operations, remote desktop, printers, software and hardware troubleshooting. Must have clean driving licence and own transport (regular short distance travel between HQ and Warehouse is required). Desirable skills: supporting users of SAP (lite basis support), administering Windows Server 2003, and supporting users of Lotus Notes/Domino (priority given to candidates who have any or all of those). Will help provide support to 50-100 users locally in Reading, Berkshire, Pangbourne. Will also remotely support 50 more users in Europe and the Far East (international travel may be required). Must be extremely motivated and able to work unsupervised and prioritise own work loads. Company rewards employees with profit related bonus scheme and officially recognised IT training.
