An exciting role has arisen working for a global FMCG company in a fast-paced environment and offering an opportunity to work closely with leading appliance manufacturing partner companies.
The main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Manage package investment projects - Develop packaging concepts and execute packaging projects to meet business objectives - Set up technical equipment specifications and supplier evaluation - Actively work on innovative packaging solutions - Design, evaluate and optimize existing packaging systems to improve cost and efficiency - Support packaging studies and implement new technologies - Improve and maintain packaging systems and specifications complying with quality, safety and legal standards
To qualify for this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Technical degree in packaging or engineering or equivalent - Working experience in engineering or food packaging and materials - Ability to work in a cross-functional project team - Strong analytical and strategic thinking - Project management skills - Fluent in English, German advantageous
